Open Playlists and create a list named after your project. Use the playlist action beside a sound to add it. You can rename the list, reorder the sounds or remove ones you no longer need. The same playlists are available in your website account.

Adding a sound to a playlist does not download it. You still need the required access and allowance to get the original file.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few things you may be wondering

Answers about installation, access and the files you download.

Can I try SoundX before buying?

If free Trial access is enabled for new accounts, eligible users can try SoundX. Check Account for the duration and usage allowance.

What can I use during an internet disruption?

New sign-in, catalog searches and downloads need a connection to the service. Complete, verified files already on your device can still be used by the same account during a temporary outage. Installation and sign-in codes may also depend on other services.

Which installer should I download?

Choose an installer that matches your Premiere version. UXP uses a CCX file installed with Creative Cloud Desktop. CEP uses a ZXP file installed with ZXP Installer. Select your edition in the installation section.

Can I use just some instruments from a track?

Yes, if the track has separate layers. Open Stems and select the layers you need, such as drums, bass or piano. Each is added to a separate timeline track, all starting at the same point.

What quality is the downloaded audio?

The preview helps you choose. Your download is the original WAV with its source quality and file specifications preserved. SoundX also checks that the file is complete and intact.

What happens if the connection drops after a download?

A complete, verified download stays on that device. The account that downloaded it can play it or add it to Premiere during a temporary service outage.
